1. Minimum Order: The wholesale requirement is 9 litres.

2. Cases can be split in multiples of six bottles

3. The buyer must give the company written notice within three (3) working days of delivery of any claim for short delivery.

4. All wines are offered subject to availability.  Prices exclude VAT and may be changed without prior notice

5. Payment for goods supplied on a credit account shall be made without deduction not later than thirty (30) days from date of invoice

6. Wines remain the property of the company, until payment has been received in full and all cheques have cleared

7. Glass Loan. Glasses must be returned clean and polished otherwise a charge will be levied to compensate. Breakages are charged at £1 per glass + vat.

8. This list renders invalid all previous lists.
