Vines are planted the length and breadth of Italy and in some years will produce more wine than France. they use more grape varieties than any other country, most of which are indigenous to their country and are rarely seen outside their locality. They offer a range of flavours rarely seen in the wine world, which are so diverse from any other wine producing country.
