Gerard and his wife Helene own this 5th generation Domaine with over 80 hectares of vines. A superb new winery, entirely worked by gravity feed, thus avoiding unnecessary handling or pumping of the juices. Strict rules of hygiene and temperature control are the key to mastering quality fermentation in Chardonnay. They are both perfectionists, and this trait shows through in their wines.
